Configure the policy value for Computer Configuration >> Administrative Templates >> Windows Components >> Windows Error Reporting >> Advanced Error Reporting Settings >> "Configure Corporate Windows Error Reporting" to "Enabled" with "1232" defined as the "Server Port".
